What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We are accepted all shipping method, which is available both side location or especially in customer demand (if needed we demand additional charge and transport cost which is applicable for your preferred, except our pick).
Do You Ship Internationally?
First of all we are delivery some country (Conditionally), need additional charge and transport cost which is applicable for your desired country. However, we are not responsible for additional charges you may incur as a result of international duties.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
When you list an item on Platonic Zone, you can choose a listing duration if needed.

Order & Retunrs
How do I place an Order?
Step 1
Place the products in the shopping cart. The prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT.
Step 2
As soon as you have added the products, go to the shopping cart and choose "continue with checkout".
Step 3
You will now be taken to a new screen where you can enter your contact details. This is done in a safe environment. Go through the 4 steps here:
- Step 1: Enter your address details.
- Step 2: Choose a shipping method
- Step 3: Choose a payment method
- Step 4: Check your order. Forgot something? Then choose the link "Go back to your shopping cart".
When you agree to the order and the general terms and conditions, tick "I agree to the general terms and conditions" and press the button "place order".
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
E-mail us at info@platoniczone.com, letting us know that you will be returning an item. Then, ship the item with your receipt to Kaniz Plaza (2nd floor), Zindabazar, Sylhet, Bangladesh. Please include in this shipment your personal information that you used to make the order. Our policy typically is that, for domestic returns, you as the customer will pay for shipping back to us, but we’ll refund the cost of shipping that we originally charged you. This is to help streamline the process and avoid having to exchange money for the purpose of refunding items. For more details and info regarding in store returns, see our refund/exchange policy.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, It's not mandatory but in the future help to you if you create an account.
